Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales and marketing initiatives for sales and marketing of dialysis products in Kenya. The role involves expanding market presence, building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for dialysis products.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across Kenya.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely product availability.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales & marketing (dialysis or renal care

  • products preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Kenya’s healthcare market and regulatory environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
