- Understanding of the software product development life cycle
- Lead BasiGo’s Digital business managing the company’s suite of digital products and services: Vehicle Telematics, PAYD Asset Management, Fare Collection and Booking Systems, and passenger counting.
- Communicate the product and business vision and be the voice of the customer for BasiGo’s digital product portfolio both internally and externally.
- Manage the complete P&L for BasiGo’s digital business serving both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage an organization responsible for product management, business development, marketing, and customer service supporting all digital products.
- Define objectives and key results for BasiGo’s digital business aligned to BasiGo’s broader corporate objectives.
- Manage the digital product life cycle, collaborating with users, design, development teams, and other stakeholders to navigate from product conception to go live.
- Work closely with BasiGo country team leaders to ensure that BasiGo’s digital product portfolio is meeting the needs of each individual market.
- Develop strategic business and technology partnerships for unlocking digital business growth.
- Report on strategy, OKR’s, and business performance to BasiGo leadership, Board, and investors.
