Responsible for performing the strategic planning, policy development, design, regulatory compliance, communication and administration of all corporate-wide employee compensation and benefits programs consistent with attainment of total reward objective.
Carry out job evaluation & salary surveys, develop pay structures & budgets, and implement merit, salary increases & incentive schemes.
Design benefits schemes including, health schemes retirement plans, bonus and commission schemes etc. Negotiate CBA & contracts terms with prospective employees and service providers.
Planning, preparation and management of HR Budget. Monthly monitoring of spend.
Responsibilities

Carry out job evaluation & salary surveys, develop pay structures & budgets, and implement merit, salary increases & incentive schemes.
Design benefits schemes including, health schemes retirement plans, bonus and commission schemes etc. Negotiate CBA & contracts terms with prospective employees and service providers.
Planning, preparation and management of HR Budget. Monthly monitoring of spend.
Design, implement, manage and evaluate organizational total compensation and benefits philosophies and strategies with a linkage to organizations objectives in the short and long term.
Provide consultative technical expertise and guidance regarding compensation and benefit matters to executives, managers and human resource officers.
Recommend changes in methods or procedures to improve the efficiency of the time entry, benefits and compensation function.
Work with management, legal counsel, outside consultants and government agencies to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
Manage the company’s grading and pay structure in line with company and group guidelines.
Negotiate with prospective employees in line with the compensation policy.
Draft employment contracts in line with the company policies and local legal requirements.
Communicate policies, practices and guidelines to all levels of the Company.
In partnership with human resource team, monitor and analyze trends and issues relating to compensation and benefits within the Company and external market, such as turnover, recruitment, government regulation, market data/surveys, competitive practices, etc. to forecast the impact on the Company and implement initiatives to proactively respond.
Participate in Collective Bargaining Agreement meetings as required.
Manage the HR department budget and provide monthly analysis of spend.
Analyse payroll data, identify exceptions and implement corrective actions
