- Collaborates with marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
- Identify existing communication gaps and share a plan with the Senior Managers on way forward.
- Liaise with the different department heads in the different clinical areas and have a listing of the key items that need to be communicated to the public.
- Maintain a schedule of the annual key communication milestones in healthcare and liaise with the department heads to ensure that the information goes out.
- Develop a communication plan and share it with the Senior Managers for approval.
- Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
- Based on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
- Presents design ideas and recommendations to Head of marketing and Communications, committee, or marketing team.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor in line with the job description.
