Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
1.Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
2.Minimum 3 years‘ experience in dairy, food processing or FMCG manufacturing.
3.Knowledge of dairy processing operations, quality management, and food safety.
4.Experience with packaging/filling machines and production equipment.
5.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6.Knowledge of GMP, HACCP principles, and workplace safety standards.
7.Computer proficiency; ERP experience will be an added advantage.
8.Ability to work under pressure and manage production shifts.
