🔍 Pipeline Builder // TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCER

We’re looking for a Pipeline Builder to proactively source and engage talent, building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

What you’ll do

• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search
  
• Build and manage talent pipelines for high-demand roles
  
• Conduct initial candidate screenings
  
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on target profiles
  

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition
  
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently
  
• Strong sourcing and passive outreach skills
  
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
  
• Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search (required)
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
