Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is required.
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of housing development, real estate projects, and social housing initiatives will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of proven professional experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and construction project administration.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects.
