Job Description

Conduct engineering site audit to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.
Prepare financial estimates for solar power projects.
Create checklists for review and inspection of completed solar installation projects.
Create electrical single-line diagrams, connection diagrams for solar electric systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software and graphics software.
Develop design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy systems or components, incorporating trending equipment into the product catalogue, positioning the company among the top players in the industry.
Develop a standard operation procedure checklist for quality and safety standards for every solar installation site work.
Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
