- SSCE, OND, or Technical certification preferred
- 2–4 years of experience operating industrial/manufacturing machines
- Experience in food processing, chemical, FMCG, flavours & fragrances, or manufacturing environment is an added advantage
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Good understanding of production safety and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate production and processing machines efficiently according to operational procedures
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical faults promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of machines and work areas
- Follow safety, quality control, and production guidelines at all times
- Record production data and machine activities accurately
- Minimize material wastage during production processes
- Support packaging and production teams when required
- Ensure compliance with company and manufacturing standards
