Description
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the manufacturing sector (compulsory)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with cost accounting and inventory management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have experience from a Mannufacturing company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Monitor production costs, inventory, and cost accounting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
