Qualifications & Experience
HND/bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of five years’ experience in sales operations, preferably within bakery or FMCG sector.
- Experience in process optimization and data-driven decision-making is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize bakery sales operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to strengthen execution.
- Coordinate order processing to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with logistics to minimize delays and enhance distribution efficiency.
- Drive effective customer relationship management by resolving issues and improving service delivery.
- Track and report key sales metrics including volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Preparation and circulation of monthly inventory count schedule.
