- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding the setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment purchased from our company.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, addressing technical issues via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions, including issues reported and resolutions provided, in our CRM system.
- Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of audiovisual equipment, either remotely or on-site as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- A Degree or HND in Electronics will be an added advantage
- 3 - 7 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience working as an AV Technician or in a similar technical support role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong technical skills and experience with troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, including hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers of varying technical expertise.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
