Job Description
- Understanding the curriculum and developing schedules, lesson plans, and teaching methods that will help students cover the required content
- Managing the classroom and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment
- Setting up tests, assignments, experiments, and grading students
- Keeping meticulous records of student attendance, participation, homework, laboratory work, tests, and examination scores.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Stay abreast of educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching techniques.
- Grading student performance and providing feedback and guidance.
