- B.Eng / BSc in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
- 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in Gas / HFO-based multi-engine power plants.

Responsibilites
- Ensuring Safe work practice for the team, Agreement process way of working,
- Good knowledge of WECS & UNIC systems to Minimizing engine MTBF
- Problem solving by RCA method.
- Ensuring maximum Availability, Reliability, and PLF of Gas engines Responsible for all Mechanical maintenance related activities of the power plant.
- Responsible for the timely completion of Major overhauls with zero reworks.
- Responsible for all activities related to the operations and maintenance of the Power Plant.
- To implement plant operations/maintenance schedules and procedures.
- To maintain MIS such as logs and records of normal operations of plant & safety documents.
- To efficiently handle shutdowns, start-ups, and other operational disturbances.
- To ensure uninterrupted quality power to the customer.
- To ensure the financial performance of the contract.
- Turbocharger maintenance experience is an added advantage.
