Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
  • Current and a valid Pharmacist license to practice.
  • Previous experience working in a community pharmacy is preferred.
  • Strong clinical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with wellness products, cosmetics, and retail pharmacy operations is a distinct advantage.
  • Digital savvy with social media literacy is an added advantage.
  • Proximity to the pharmacy location is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide professional clinical counseling to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and general wellness.
  • Manage and optimize retail pharmacy operations, including the promotion and stock management of wellness products and cosmetics.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong patient relationships within the community.
  • Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance the pharmacy's visibility and drive community health literacy.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products, and maintain meticulous records.
