Duties
- Coordinate sales team (Branches across Pan Nigeria) by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information on regular intervals
- Prepare and maintain sales and performance data in .xlsx and ppt format and present reports
- Handle the processing of all Sales orders with accuracy and timeliness on the company’s software.
- Inform clients/ team of unforeseen delays or challenges.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements on regular basis
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure self and team for adherence to company policies
