  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standard costing systems for products and operations.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and track cost drivers across departments.
  • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/standard) and provide insights.
  • Prepare periodic cost reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate cost data.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to manage costs.
  • Monitor inventory costing and ensure proper valuation and reconciliation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Assist in pricing decisions based on cost and margin analysis.
