  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of logistics services, supply chain solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while driving new business development.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement, exceptional service, and tailored logistics solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify target clients, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Manage and grow key accounts by understanding client needs and ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.
  • Partner with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, client interactions, and performance reports using CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups to drive customer retention, repeat business, and referrals.
