Requirements
- A minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-5 years work experience on mold repairs in an Indian company.
- Should be good at least one trade in tool room—Lathe machine, Milling or welding.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and their components.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

Duties
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on tools and machinery in the tool room.
- Inspect tools for any signs of wear and tear and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and develop solutions to fix them.
- Clean and sanitize tools and machinery to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on tools and machinery.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide maintenance support as needed.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify any potential hazards and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
