The Elevate Business Accelerator is a growth-focused program for women founders leading revenue-generating startups. The program delivers tailored business advisory, practical capacity-building, and investor-readiness support to strengthen business fundamentals, accelerate market traction, and position high-potential ventures for sustainable growth and scale.

Who the Program Is For Founder Profile

  • Founder Age: 18-35 years
  • Ownership: Woman-led or female-owned business
  • Location: Uganda
  • Commitment: Founder actively involved in day-to-day operations .

Business Profile.

  • Business Stage: Early growth to emerging scale-up
  • Years of Operation: Minimum of 1-2 years
  • Monthly Revenue: At least UGX 2M (with clear growth trend)
  • Team Size: 2-15 employees or regular contractors
  • Formalization: Registered or actively formalizing (core requirements in progress)
  • Sector: Open, with priority to scalable and market-driven businesses.




Responsibilities
Program Objective

To enable women-led startups to successfully transition from traction to scale by strengthening core business systems, enhancing market readiness, and equipping founders to access investment and sustainable growth opportunities. Program Details Dates: 1st March -May 2026 Location: (Hybrid: Workshops, 1-1 meetings with Business analysts, Mentorships, Peer to peer learning).
