Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Information Technology, Business Computing, Data Analytics or any other relevant field.
Relevant practical training in digital distribution, business intelligence, data analytics, channel management, financial services operations or mobile money distribution will be an added advantage.
Professional certification or practical exposure in reporting automation, data visualization, project management or process improvement will be an added advantage.
Experience:
At least 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Mobile Money, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG distribution, business intelligence, channel operations, data analytics or commercial reporting.
Demonstrated experience in channel performance reporting, agent operations, liquidity management, partner management, sales operations or distribution performance analysis.
Experience working with regional teams, Dealers, Super Agents, Banks, CDPs, Distributor Rebalancers , Agents, Merchants or other distribution partners.
Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, action trackers, executive updates and performance insights for commercial leadership.
Strong working knowledge of Mobile Money operations, agent lifecycle management, KYC, compliance expectations, rebalancing channels, field execution and customer service delivery.
Main Job Functions:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports covering channel performance, including cash-in, cash-out, P2P, rebalancing, agent activity, agent commissions, agent mapping, Rebalancing partners performance, and liquidity availability.
Provide analytical support to the Senior Manager – Distribution & Channels on agent liquidity insights, channel performance, market execution, partner performance and operational decision-making.
Analyze agent performance by classification, territory, region, cohort, transaction value, transaction volume, commission earnings, activity levels and liquidity support intensity, and recommend actions to grow active agents and protect high-value agents.
Track and report performance of liquidity channels including Dealers, Super Agents, Trust Banks, Distributor Rebalancers and other rebalancing partners to ensure agents have reliable access to float and cash.
Support liquidity gap analysis at national, regional, territory, route and site level, including identification of underserved trading centres, distributor rebalancers coverage gaps, cash liquidation constraints, agent float shortages and opportunities for additional rebalancing partners.
Monitor the execution, performance and progress of Super Agent and rebalancing initiatives, including agent mapping, working capital availability, route coverage, distributor rebalancers productivity, frequency of rebalancing, unique agents served, value supplied, off-peak support and SLA adherence.
Work closely with MoMo Business Intelligence to automate dashboards, standardize reporting definitions, improve data quality and ensure timely delivery of Distribution & Channels reports to leadership and regional teams.
Support field teams with actionable data for daily execution, including regional performance packs, agent cohort watchlists, Top 20% agent support lists, low-performing agent recovery lists and priority liquidity intervention areas.
Track Agent Quality Management performance against agreed KPIs, including agents engaged, agents mapped, new agents trained, agent activity growth, MoMo App acquisition support, KYC follow-up, market storming and issue closure.
Support agent onboarding and regularization by tracking onboarding pipeline, KYC status, training completion, agent mapping to rebalancing channels, pending approvals and compliance-related exceptions.
Review transaction trends to identify unusual behaviours, possible gaming, fraud indicators, ecosystem manipulation, commission abuse, process loopholes and operational control weaknesses, and escalate for investigation where required.
Ensure timely resolution and tracking of queries from agents, Dealers, Super Agents, AQM teams, regional teams and partners, including issues related to liquidity, rebalancing, reporting, commissions, onboarding, KYC, tools of trade and system access.
Empower customer-facing and field teams with accurate reports, process guidance, escalation channels and insights required for first-line query resolution and improved trade execution.
Support business modelling for new initiatives, including liquidity projects, Super Agent expansion, agent segmentation, commission frameworks, incentive schemes, digital tools, route-to-market changes and partner performance models.
Coordinate periodic partner performance reviews by preparing scorecards for Dealers, Super Agents, Banks and other rebalancing partners, covering delivery against targets, service availability, agent reach, cash and float supply, compliance and issue closure.
Track adoption and usage of digital distribution tools, rebalancer applications, reporting portals and operational dashboards to reduce manual processes and improve scalability of distribution operations.
Consolidate feedback from trade visits, regional reports, AQM updates, partner engagements and field escalations into clear action trackers with owners, timelines, status and management escalation points.
Support preparation of executive updates, EXCO papers, war-room reports, strategy presentations, business cases and performance reviews for Distribution & Channels initiatives.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Senior Manager – Distribution & Channels in line with the needs of MoMo Commercial and the distribution ecosystem.
Ensure timely commission payment to all supporting partners and distribution teams through providing timely performance analysis, following up with different concerned departments to ensure timely payment.
