Qualifications.

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  

Experience.

• Minimum Three (3) years relevant working experience within an FMCG environment.
  
• Certification in Boiler Operation or Ammonia-based Refrigeration Systems will be an added advantage.
  

1. Operational & Technical Support; Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of utilities systems through effective troubleshooting, timely breakdown response, quality repairs, and strong technical support to production operations.
   
2. Maintenance & Asset Care; Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities while applying structured problem-solving and good maintenance practices to improve asset reliability, reduce repeat failures, and sustain long-term equipment performance.
   
3. Continuous Improvement; Support continuous improvement initiatives through defect identification and elimination, loss reduction and participation in root cause analysis (RCA), formal failure analysis and profit improvement projects.
   
4. Coaching & Team Support; Promote teamwork and operational effectiveness by supporting colleagues, sharing technical knowledge, and assisting during breakdowns and shutdown activities.
   
5. Safety, Quality & Compliance; Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, environmental, and maintenance standards while embracing the proven best working practices.
