As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of our organization's strategic plan. You will actively participate in project implementation, monitoring, and reporting, working closely with GHF's staff, partners, and stakeholders, focusing on our project beneficiaries. This is a six-month position with the possibility of full-time employment.


Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in project management and administration, preferably in a non-profit organisation or community development setting.

• You MUST possess knowledge of the local area and language

• Strong communication, good interpersonal skills and computer literacy

• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including beneficiaries and partners.

• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

• You MUST be able to ride a motorcycle.

• Attend to stakeholders, beneficiaries, partners, visitors, funders, among others.

• Support Village Savings and Loans Associations and manage our agricultural shop daily.

• Prepare regular reports, organize and maintain records, and manage project activities.

• Travel off-site for ad hoc activities as required.
