• Certificate of Insurance (CIU) is required.
• A Diploma in Insurance or equivalent insurance qualification would be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in insurance products sales and servicing.
• A practical understanding of bancassurance product management principles, including financials, pricing, strategy, marketing, sales & compliance.

• Develop, initiate, and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Understanding core customer insights through customer visits with relationship managers who service a portfolio of these clients.
• Develop product awareness and training for the products by ensuring that branches and the sales teams are adequately trained in the offerings to drive the take-up ratio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring the availability of a diverse and competitive product range.
• Ensure high-quality customer service in the delivery of insurance products, addressing customer inquiries and explaining different insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms.
• Ensure full compliance with the regulatory requirements for the bancassurance operation.
• Monitor lapses, average premiums, and penetrations to see if any trends emerge and address any underlying issues that need attention.
• Ensure correct implementation of product pricing in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support customers in all claim procedures and processes.
