- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing(Degree,Graduate) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery(Degree,Graduate)
- Spearhead the development/review and monitoring of implementation of nursing and midwifery policies and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance in the delivery of nursing services.
- Prepare Departmental work plans and strategies.
- Prepare Departmental budgets.
- Oversee development/ review and implementation of nursing and midwifery Quality Assurance programs.
- Support training/capacity development of nurses/midwives.
- Supervise, coach/mentor and appraise staff.
- Prepare Departmental performance reports.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
