Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations and labor Laws.
Proficient in the use of SAP and Time & Attendance (TA) systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.

Manage compensation, benefits, and employee entitlements to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Prepare and share monthly payroll and overtime reports for management review.
Track employee overtime, update the relevant payroll components, and monitor associated costs.
Address employee inquiries related to salaries and benefits, in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical files and electronic systems.
Regularly update and manage employee data in the SAP & TA systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for reporting and compliance needs.
Coordinate with immediate supervisors to schedule and approve employee leave, ensuring timely updates in the system for accurate tracking.
Monitor employee safety, welfare, and workplace relations.
Collaborate with immediate supervisors and line managers to track performance indicators at both the section and individual employee levels.
