Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource Management or a Business-related field with Post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized Institution.
• Three (3) years working experience as a Human Resource Officer/Manager In a Bank/Financial Institution is a MUST.
• Ability to lead team
• Highly organized person, with ability to multitask with ease
• Sultable basic knowledge in Computer is a must.

• Maintaining work structure by updating Job requirements and job descriptions for all staff. · Identifying vacancies, arranging program for recruitment and Interviews
• Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs and maintaining its records Resolving Issues pertaining to HR department Identified by Internal auditor, external auditors and the regulator
• Talent Management, HR Planning. Administration, creating discipline work environment, handling disciplinary matters and governance Control.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by Bank.
