• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, rural development, and vocational education.
  
• Three years of work experience in implementing Climate-smart agriculture, village savings and loans groups, savings and credit organizations, microfinance, and vocational skilling.
  
• Fluency in the Luganda and English
  
• Good knowledge of government community development programs.
  
• Basic monitoring and Evaluation skills.
  
• Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills
  
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills are a must.
