Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in statistics, sociology, economics or related field.
- Experience managing large datasets including conducting data quality assessments and data cleaning tasks.
- Experience conducting data analysis, including descriptive summary statistics as well as regression analyses.
- High-level of knowledge of data analysis software (SPSS, STATA, SAS, etc).
- Experience with survey design.
- Experience working on data collection projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a large team.
- Familiarity with USAID performance data information systems, or other such systems;
- Experience administering data collection trainings to a diverse range of stakeholders; and
- Experience communicating research/evaluation findings to external stakeholders or clients.

- Conduct data cleaning, management, and analysis which will likely include advanced statistical analysis, especially in the case of evaluations or studies.

- Support the preparation of technical reports for evaluation activities by providing programming support and analysis.
- Conduct data quality assessments, ensuring that data is of high quality.
- Conduct quantitative data analysis and manage large and complex datasets.
