The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at a medprime training college is responsible for ensuring that academic programs, clinical training, and administrative processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The QA Specialist will work closely with faculty, staff, and clinical partners to develop and implement quality assurance protocols, conduct audits and inspections, and identify areas for improvement to ensure the continuous enhancement of educational and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelors/diploma in nursing

Must be a registered nurse

Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at a medprime training college is responsible for ensuring that academic programs, clinical training, and administrative processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The QA Specialist will work closely with faculty, staff, and clinical partners to develop and implement quality assurance protocols, conduct audits and inspections, and identify areas for improvement to ensure the continuous enhancement of educational and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelors/diploma in nursing

Must be a registered nurse

  • Design and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the medical college’s academic, clinical, and administrative operations.
  • Develop quality metrics to evaluate and monitor the performance and effectiveness of educational and clinical programs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of QA processes and standards.
  • Inspect clinical training environments and simulation labs to verify compliance with safety and educational standards.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for review and audits.
