We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide counseling to patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.
  5. Monitor drug therapy regimens for potential interactions or contraindications.
  6. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
  7. Manage inventory levels and order medications as needed.
  8. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous quality improvement efforts.
  9. Stay updated on new drugs and developments in the field of pharmacy.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries.

Qualifications:

  1. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
  2. Current pharmacist license in good standing.
  3. Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, and drug therapy.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and support staff.
  8. Commitment to patient care and safety.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  10. Prior experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.
