We are seeking an experienced Import-Export Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. This role will involve managing the entire process of importing and exporting goods, ensuring compliance with la


  • Manage the end-to-end process of importing and exporting goods, including customs documentation, shipping, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations, including customs regulations and import/export licensing requirements.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to facilitate the smooth movement of goods across borders.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and supply chain operations.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to import and export transactions.
  • Assist with audits and inspections by customs and other regulatory agencies.
  • Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and industry best practices.
