The wait staff plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. They are responsible for providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area. The ideal candidate is someone friendly, efficient who possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.


Requirements

1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

6. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate loads.

7. Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.

8. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

1. Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding a suitable table.

2. Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions.

3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.

4. Ensure that all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.

5. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

6. Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

7. Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.

8. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.

9. Assist with setting up tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies as needed.

10. Collaborate with kitchen and bar stuff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

11. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, hygiene, and guest service at all times.
