Mind Ninjas dream is for every child to be their best self. Our goal is to cultivate a growth mindset and can-do attitude, sharing tools and techniques that nurture children to have a positive, balanced, and resilient approach to the journey of life. Throughout the 10-week programme, there will be an emphasis on communication, listening, self-expression, and empathy for others. Each session is integrated with elements of mindfulness, gratitude & yoga principles. With a central focus on problem solving and solution finding as well developing the skills of a growth mindset and over-coming challenges. A certificate of recognition will be presented to each child upon successful completion of the 10-week programme.
