Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Technical or similar
from a Reputed Institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Business Management or similar would be an
added advantage
- Professional training and certification in Management, Sales and Marketing or
Business Development would also be desirable.
-Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales. Any other sales experience would be an
added advantage.
- Experience in Facilities Management sales, service industries / leasing
industries would be an added advantage as well.
- Demonstrated success of achieving and surpassing targets in B2B environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the customer journey and the sales cycle.
- A strong network of key contacts with decision making ability and the ability to use that
network to create business opportunities for the Company.

Should be self-driven, visionary, should possess good commercial skills and inclination.
Should have an Entrepreneurs mind-set with strong oral and written communication skills and should be adaptable and flexible.
Should be result oriented, determined, able to set goals and achieve them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Fully internalize the Company’s strategic direction, develop and execute a business strategy
that exponentially transforms the business.
- Responsible for all the business management functions ensuring that the overall objectives
of the business are achieved and surpassed, i.e., from planning, leading, staffing, executing,
monitoring and evaluation of the business.
- Identify human resource gaps, recruit, train, develop and manage a competent high
- Review and develop all the applicable governance systems, policies, processes and procedures that help in managing and growing the business.

Lead sales teams towards delivering the individual and team targets in line with the
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by instituting measures that reduce/eliminate waste
(effort, cost, time,) and improves productivity.
- Closely monitor Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables and work with the Finance
teams to ensure that all outstanding receivables are collected and that the business develops
and maintains a fantastic relationship with its suppliers and partners, always striving to ensure
the business meets its Accounts Payables obligations.
- Work with Customer Success Team and Technical Teams to ensure that the brand delivers a
fantastic product experience to the Customers.
- Manage people issues, ensuring all employees are disciplined and adhering to the rules and
regulations of the business as stipulated in the staff manual.
- Manage all compliance risks and ensuring they are mitigated and the organization is
compliant to the relevant laws and regulations in Kenya.
