What is a normal day like for you at Fuzu?
No day is usually like the other; in short, I have unique days. From dealing with client and job seeker queries to recruiting and doing interviews for different clients as well as ensuring all campaigns have quality candidates. I have not only learned to be flexible but also stick to my planned schedule.
What is your professional background and how has Fuzu helped you realize your career goals?
I have a degree in Information Science with HR experience, Fuzu is a place where I can dream, grow and continuously learn about myself and what I am good at therefore slowly shaping my career goal of eventually moving up the professional ladder and being an ‘international’ sort after HR Specialist.
How do you relate with Fuzu’s vision?
Fuzu’s vision is all about allowing users to discover their talent and unleashing their potential and I can say Fuzu has allowed me to unleash my potential and discover talents I never knew I had.

What are you into outside the office?
I love music and the thrill of adventure, so we can say that occupies my time outside the office.
How do you handle the pressure especially when nothing is working your way and the internet is down?
I live by the motto 'take life easy and life will be kind to you'. Pressure is part of my day to day activities, therefore, I cannot let it determine my work plus I am a planner that saves me a lot. About slow internet, that is not a funny thing.
What makes your team fun to work with? Which team member inspires you or motivates you the most?
Our team is all about teamwork and collaboration and I am always guaranteed to get support whenever I need it. That makes work fun.
