1. How do you create your CV on Fuzu?
You simply log in to your account if you have one or register (if you haven't!). You have two options - you can upload an existing CV or use our easy CV builder that makes the process really easy. All you have to do is follow the prompts and the platform will help you create a CV based on your areas of interest. Make sure you check that the information is accurate because this helps us connect you to the right types of job opportunities. Remember to use a real email to receive high quality recommendations via email and on the platform.
2. I applied for a job and got an email telling me that I was one of the top 10 candidates but never heard back. What happened?
Sometimes recruitment takes time and competition can be stiff. It is likely that the employer moved on to another candidate. However, don't let this put you off from applying because you just never know which job will be the one. Also, always make sure your contact details are up to date in case an employer wants to get in touch with you.
3. What is career coaching?
Career coaching is one of our Fuzu extras that helps you step up your job search to the next level. If you're in doubt about which career to go into, having trouble job searching or just looking for someone to guide you then career coaching is what helps you through this. We have certified coaches who can help you figure out these types of questions and a member of Fuzu will also help you optimize your profile so that you are more visible to employers on our platform.
4. Can you tell me more about the premium CV?
Just like our career coaching, Premium CV is a Fuzu extra that gives you a professionally styled CV that you can send to employers and use as many times as you want. The CV is built with your profile information (so make sure you fill it out fully) and creates a nice, clean document that will definitely get you through any interview door.
