- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Agriculture (B.Agric) with at least 3 years experience.
- Proactively Management of the pen houses and the Birds
- Ensures the safety and efficiency of poultry farm operations.
- Drawing out Vaccination Programs for Birds and disease prevention measures
- Keeping stock of feeds,preparing attendance, and coordinating activities of farm attendants by ensuring discipline
- Ensuring strict compliance with Biosecurity on the farm
- Record keeping of feeds, the Mortality rate of birds, and the number of eggs produced on a daily basis and sending the report on a daily basis to the Management through the Liason officer
- Observing the birds, and ensuring timely reports of any case of diseases or infections
- Ensuring that standard best practices and strict hygienic activities are adhered to on the farm including Monitoring and maintaining proper temperature, Ventilation, and lighting condition
- Directing and supervising the attendants on what quantity of feed to serve, cleaning of the pen houses, and general well-being of both the staff, birds, and equipment.
- And handle any other duties assigned by the management.
