Requirements:

A degree/HND Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, digital marketplaces, or consumer goods—with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Post NYSC experience.

1. Define and execute the business strategy for both the Fashion & Lifestyle and General Merchandise departments.
   
2. Lead category growth through assortment planning, pricing strategy, vendor acquisition, and brand partnerships.
   
3. Drive key metrics including traffic, conversion, GMV, customer retention, and profitability.
   
4. Oversee merchandising, campaign planning, online merchandising, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and sales.
   
5. Collaborate with marketing, product, technology, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
   
6. Establish strong vendor management frameworks—ensuring quality control, pricing consistency, and timely fulfillment.
   
7. Monitor performance data and consumer insights to refine strategy and inform decision-making.
   
8. Ensure operational excellence across supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
   
9. Represent Payarena Mall at leadership forums and collaborate closely with executive management on strategic initiatives.
