BRANCH MANAGER

We are looking for a results-driven and people-focused Branch Manager to join our team and lead sales operations at our Nakuru branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer growth.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.
• Coach, train and support sales representatives to improve performance.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams to support sales.
• Identify market opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.
• Handle customer concerns and support the team in resolving escalated issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.
• Work closely with management to achieve branch and company objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail (home appliances/electronics) or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
• Must be based in Nakuru.
