Purpose
The Stores Manager, will be primarily responsible for day-to-day operations in the store. This job requires high level of obsessive attention to detail, ensuring records' accuracy at all times while promoting operational efficiency. The store manager should be friendly, have high emotional intelligence and have knowledge on customer service. They are also responsible for driving sales through offering efficient customer service to ensure a delightful brand experience and maximise on sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
KPIs
● Achievement of monthly set Sales Targets, not less than -10% off target.
● Ensure a loyalty conversion of 60% at your store.
● Maintain an average basket size of Kshs 4000.
● Above 40% Conversion Rate of the store.
● 100% filling of Customer Feedback.
● Maintain customer service of 80% at your store.

Store Operations and Sales
● In charge of stores operations and ensuring that all Store Operating Procedures are implemented and followed strictly.
● Responsible for all stock activities including, receiving deliveries, coordinating Deliveries to departments and the warehouse.
● Documenting transactions and maintaining accurate detailed statistical and financial records of goods received, transferred or returned.
● Generate reports, documents and track damages and discrepancies on orders received on a day to day basis.
● Ensure a clean and tidy store at all times.
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for store operations.
● Monitor customer complaints within the store ensuring all complaints are resolved within a 48-hour period.
● Growing sales turnover - Maximizing sales: Inspiring the customer to buy and meeting the store’s sales targets.
● Delivering a great customer brand experience
● Ensuring that fitting rooms are ready for customers by promptly clearing our merchandise and returning it to the proper area of the selling floor.
● Marketing In-house campaigns, the Vivo Loyalty program to all clients.
● Give real-time feedback from customers on Vivo products and services.

Qualifications
● Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management.
● Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory and stock management.
● Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
● Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer facing and sales role
● Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
● Excellent planning and organizational skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
● Good communication skills.
