Immediate Supervisor: Sales and Marketing Manager
The main purpose of this role is to sell products and generating revenue by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. The incumbent maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

• At least diploma in Sales Related Field
Experience:
● At least 5 Years’ work experience in Security Printing Field

WORKING CONDITIONS
• This position is based in Thika – Kenya
• The role involves travelling to meet clients as well as attend to other sales related functions

Performance Area Performance Indicator Deliverable
• Sales - Monthly Sales Growth versus sales Targets - Daily Sales Report • Business Leads/Prospects - Number of clients on boarded per Month - Daily Sales reports
• Product Performance - Number of customer complaints - Customer Satisfaction Survey Reports - Daily Sales Reports

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options. • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales performance information.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards across various product and service portfolio.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Review sales performance.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Security Roles
