Qualifications & Requirements

• CPA (K)
  
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial controls
  
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  
• High integrity and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  

Essential Skills Competencies

• Experience in hospital or healthcare finance is an added advantage
  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
  
• Excellent communication and reporting ability
  

• Manage branch financial operations and accounting systems
  
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations
  
• Monitor revenue collection and expenditure control
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  
• Support procurement and inventory financial oversight
  
• Coordinate with head office finance department
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  
• Support audits and financial review
