Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile and audit benefit invoices

Identify and resolve discrepancies using PRISM and insurance portals

✔ Update and maintain Smartsheet with real-time, accurate data

✔ Support Benefits Assistants and Specialists

✔ Manage customer portal cases and tasks

✔ Communicate with brokers and points of contact to resolve issues

✔ Generate reports and validate customer information

✔ Keep tracking tools updated and meet performance indicators
