Requirements

- At least 2 years’ experience in retail management or a similar leadership role

- A proven track record in sales performance and team leadership

- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience in stock control, branch operations and performance reporting

- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field is an added advantage
