- Manage and provide expert training on sales systems including CRM and territory management platforms
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales processes, pipeline metrics, and win-loss patterns to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with sales teams to enhance territory planning and reporting capabilities
- Develop strategic sales quotas aligned with profit objectives and assist in commission planning
