Responsibilities
  • Support and optimize sales operations by implementing cutting-edge processes, methodologies, and tools at the area level
  • Manage and provide expert training on sales systems including CRM and territory management platforms
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales processes, pipeline metrics, and win-loss patterns to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with sales teams to enhance territory planning and reporting capabilities
  • Develop strategic sales quotas aligned with profit objectives and assist in commission planning
