What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years of IT Help Desk experience. Previous experience in a startup or dental environment is a huge plus
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Language: Fully proficient in English for communication and documentation
  • Specialization: Ability to quickly master proprietary software and hardware configuratio


Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Deliver hardware and desktop support for Windows devices and specialized dental software via calls, email, and chat
  • Operational Leadership: Document SOPs to improve daily workflows and provide technical coaching to front-line agents
  • Escalation Management: Serve as the SME for dental 3D scanning hardware, resolving deep-tier technical issues
  • Service Excellence: Ensure all customer complaints are resolved efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
