Requirements  
  • A minimum period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience, five (5) years of which should be in a supervisory position;
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

OR

  • Bachelors degree in Social Sciences Plus Diploma in any of the following discipline: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Masters degree in any of the following disciplines:- Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Certificate in Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution; (v) Registered member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);

  • Proficiency in computer applications; (vii) Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; and

  • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
