Deputy Security Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or a related field.
  
• At least 5 years' experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces.
  
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems and security technologies.
  
• Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  
• Knowledge of Kenyan security and safety regulations.
  
• Experience in investigations, audits and risk management.
  
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• High integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
  
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies.
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  
• Lead and supervise security personnel.
  
• Conduct security assessments and audits.
  
• Coordinate emergency response plans.
  
• Manage access control systems, CCTV and security equipment.
  
• Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
  
• Work closely with HR, IT, law enforcement agencies and security service providers.
  
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
  
• Monitor security risks and recommend improvements.
