  • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, WooCommerce (PDP uploads, banner design, optimizing UI/UX), and social media management tools (Google my Business, Meta for Business, Tik Tok).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is a plus.

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote omnichannel sales.
  • Manage and update the company’s website and online store, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
  • Create engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement (to both online and offline push).
  • Manage monthly Ad Campaigns for both the client and third party brands
  • SEO optimization
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement) and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company’s online presence.
